Crack four eggs, mix with chopsticks until smooth mixture. Add soy sauce and mirin and mix again

Add thin layer of egg onto a low heat frying pan. Slowly raise heat to medium and add cheese in the centre. Wait till edges of the egg look solid and egg doesn’t jiggle when you move the pan.

Fold over two sides of egg and the top.

Roll egg using spatula. Move to top of the pan and repeat using another layer of egg

Repeat until all egg mixture is finished. Take off heat and put it onto a chopping board

Cut onto pieces and add to bento box! Enjoy 😊❤️
