Ingredients

8 - 12 People
  1. 7 qtor larger Crockpot
  2. 2 lbs99 % Fat Free Ground Turkey
  3. Kidney Beans - 15.5oz Can
  4. Black Beans - 15.5oz Can
  5. Cannellini Beans - 15.5oz Can
  6. Diced Tomatoes - 14.5oz Can
  7. Whole Kernel Corn - 15.25oz Can
  8. 1Medium Onion
  9. 5Carrots
  10. 1-1.5Pepper (Any Color)
  11. 1Large Sweet Potatoe
  12. 4Celery Ribs
  13. 3 TbspExtra Virgin Olive Oil
  14. 3 TbspChili Powder
  15. 0.5 TbspGround Cumin
  16. 0.75 tspGround Cayene
  17. 0.75 tspGarlic Powder
  18. 0.75 tspOnion Powder
  19. 0.75 tspGround Pepper
  20. 0.75 tspSalt

Cooking Instructions

5 - 10 hrs
  1. 1

    Brown ground turkey in frying pan to the point where you can break it up into finer chunks. Use a larger pan than I did or cook 1lb at a time. Place in crockpot when finished.

    Combine beans and corn in a strainer and rinse with cold water to remove additives from being canned. Place in crockpot.

    Place diced tomatoes in crockpot.

    Slice carrots and celery. Place in crockpot (Forgot pic of celery).

    Dice peppers, onion, and sweet potatoe (Forgot pic of onion). Place in crockpot.

    Combine seasonings; chili powder, cumin, granulated onion, granulated garlic, cayene, salt, ground pepper and mix.

    Add extra virgin olive oil and seasoning mix to crockpot. Mix until everything is combined.

    Cooking Times:
    Low Setting - 8 hours
    High Setting - 4 hours
    Stir when cook time is about 70% - 75% complete.
