Ingredients

  1. Beef Tenderloin
  2. Marinade, your choice, I used Brazilian steakhouse
  3. dashesWorcestshire sauce, few
  4. dashesSoy sauce, few
  5. Chimichurri sauce
  6. Olive oil
  7. 3 TbspRed wine vinegar
  8. Juice, one lemon
  9. 3 clovesgarlic, minced
  10. Cilantro, one bunch, Chopped fine
  11. Parsley, one bunch, Chopped fine
  12. Salt
  13. Black pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Cut your Tenderloin into 3-4 inch pieces and add the soy and worcestshire

  2. 2

    Add oil and vinegar to your packet of herbs, whisk together and pour over meat giving it a good mix

  3. 3

    Place in plastic container and marinate 30 minutes

  4. 4

    Chimichurri sauce: Mix all the ingredients really well into one bowl and set aside until later

  5. 5

    Crank up the grill and get it hot 🔥

  6. 6

    Grab your skewers and thread the meat through then Place directly over coals and cook to your liking after all it is steak!

  7. 7

    When meat is done take off grill, squeeze lemon juice all over and let it rest covered loosely with aluminum foil

  8. 8

    Drizzle chimichurri sauce on top of meat and ENJOY 😋
