For white beans: wash three times and soak the white beans in plenty of water for at least 8 hrs or soak overnight for best result, then discard the water 💦 (in which white beans are soaked). Check the beans are soft. Keep aside

Heat oil, add cumin seeds when start to crackle, add finely chopped onions 🧅 fry till golden brown, add ginger garlic paste 🧄, saute for a min, add green chillies paste and mix well.

Add chopped tomato 🍅 mix well, cook till soft, add readymade tomato paste 🍅 and mix well, when oil comes out from the sides, add kashmiri chillies powder 🌶️, coriander cumin powder, salt, mashed beans and mix well.

Add water 💦 and mix well, let it boil, when gravy becomes thick, remove from heat, garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves 🌿, onion rings 🧅. Serve with rice 🍚, bread slices 🍞.

Note: if you like thin gravy, just omit mashed beans and enjoy.
