In a saucepan, add olive oil, water, bouillon cubes, salt, pepper, and oregano. Add the onions and sauté until softened.

Before the onions brown, add the ground meat. Add the peeled and grated tomato and a pinch of sugar.

Sauté the meat, stirring regularly until it changes color, then add the tomato puree. Add water as needed and let it simmer, stirring often, until the sauce thickens.

In another pot, cook the pasta with a little salt according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain in a colander.

When both the pasta and meat sauce are ready, lightly oil a baking dish. Add the pasta and mix with grated cheese of your choice.

Spread the meat sauce evenly over the pasta and gently press it down with a spoon to cover the surface.

In a bowl, combine 1 cup milk with the ready-made béchamel sauce (follow the instructions on the package).

Pour the béchamel over the meat layer in the baking dish and sprinkle more grated cheese on top. Bake at 350°F (180°C) with fan for about 1 hour, or until golden, depending on your oven! Enjoy 🫠😋🍽️
