  1. 5 tbspmelted butter
  2. 2/3 cupbuckwheat flour
  3. 1/3 cupap flour
  4. 1 3/4 cupwhole milk
  5. 3eggs
  6. 1/2 tspsalt

    Blend ingredients until smooth. Chill for 2 hrs or overnight. Make crepes with butter, fill with meat, cheese, veggies.
