Layer in food processor: chickpeas, veggies, herbs, spices, x2. Add water gradually as you process. This will take a long time, try to grind as fine as possible. Roll into balls. Deep fry in hot oil in cast iron pan for two and a half minutes per side. Serve with tzatziki.
