Wash spinach properly and boil it by adding sugar in it for 5 to 10 minutes

After boiling once again wash it with cold water. Now make a puree of palak and keep it aside.

Now make a fine paste of onion Garlic. Take a wok. Heat oil and add asofoetida and cumin seed then paste of onion Garlic.

Now add all the spices and saute it till it leaves oil. Now add tomato puree.

After properly cooked of masala add spinach puree in it. Take one boil and now cut paneer into pieces and add it in boiled mixture.

Palak paneer is ready. Garnish it with paneer crumbs and serve it with naan
