Lab e Shireen is a custard based Arabian dessert dish in which milk is boiled along with colourful vermicelli . This is very easy assembled dessert and suitable to be served as a party dessert on Eid Festival.

Lab e Shireen is a custard based Arabian dessert dish in which milk is boiled along with colourful vermicelli . This is very easy assembled dessert and suitable to be served as a party dessert on Eid Festival.
Steps

Boil the milk and add vermicelli to milk. Cook until vermicelli become soft.

Add sugar and mix well. Mix custard powder in 1/2 cup milk. Add to milk and mix thoroughly until consistency become thick.

Switch off the flame and let it cool. Then add cream, fruit cocktail and mix well.

Make both jelly and keep at refrigerator to set. When become set cut into desire shape.

Now take a bowl and place alternative layers of jellies and cooked custard mixture.

Lastly garnish with some fruit, jelly and chopped nuts. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
