Steps

Boil water with shallots and ginger. Boil for 10 mins.

Pour tomatoes and cook until the tomatoes are soft.

Add tofu and cook for five mins.

Pour chicken powder, spring onion. Then beat egg then slowly pour. Boil for a mins.
