Ingredients

1small pack of glass noodle
10 piecesshrimp
Halfpiece red pepper
2 piecesgourd
2shallots, slice
Some ginger stripes
1 tspoysper sauce
1 tspfish sauce
1 cupwater

Steps

Sautee shallots and ginger until aromatic. Then add gourd.

Pour water and simmer. Add also oyster sauce and fish sauce. Mix and simmer for 5 mins.

Then add shrimps and glass noodle. Together with pepper. Keep cooking until done.
