Making neer dosa -
Take a grinder jar add soaked rice, grated coconut and little water and grind to a fine paste. Transfer into a large bowl add coconut milk, salt and water and mix till all combined. The batter should be of watery consistency like thick butter milk consistency. Rest it for 15 minutes. - 2
Heat a nonstick tawa drizzle little oil and grease the tawa. Pour the batter over it, spread it evenly to make a thin layer. Cover and cook on medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Once cooked drizzle oil and optionally flip and cook on the other side. Now fold the neer dosa in a triangle. Neer dosa is ready.

Making Stew -
Heat oil in a kadai add curry leaves, cinnamon stick, cardamom, cloves and allow to splutter. Now add chopped onion and saute till they turn translucent pink. - 4
Now add all vegetables, salt, green chillies and mix it well and cook for 1-2 minutes. Then add water cover and cook till vegetables half cooked.

Now add coconut milk and cook till vegetables are cooked completely, turn off the flame and add few fresh curry leaves and cover it. Stew is ready.

Now serve Neer Dosa and Vegetable Stew, coconut chutney and gun powder chutney.
