Steps

Take the grinder add Semolina roughly chopped potato, curd green chilli and add 1/2 cup water and grind into fine batter

Now keep the steamer ready for Dhokla before 10mins.

Next grease the plate in which Dhokla to be kept for steaming

Now add the Eno sachet and put 1tsp water over the eno to activate and mix them well

Now spread the batter and tap 2-3 times so that air bubbles removes from the plate if any excess.

Now sprinkle Cumin powder and black pepper powder and keep the plate to steam for 12-15 minutes

Dhokla is ready to serve with chutney and ketchup. Do enjoy your yummy snacks with your loved ones ❤️
