Mix together chatpatai ingredients into a smooth batter of medium consistency by gradually adding water.

Keep it aside for a while.

Blend together chutney ingredients.

Finely chop the onion.

Whisk yoghurt till smooth.

Heat oil in a pan.

Put spoonfuls of batter and fry fritters in round shape till light golden.

Soak fritters in water for 10-15 minutes.

Drain water and arrange fritters in a dish.

Top each fritter with yoghurt,chutney and onion.

Serve straight away.
