Steps

Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl, sift the flour and add sugar and salt. Set aside.

In another bowl, beat the egg, add the milk and the melted butter.

Place the wet ingredients which are egg mixture to the dry ingredients which are flour mixture. Whisk them well.

You may sift them again to remove the lumps. It is optional.

Let it rest for 15 to 30 minutes

Heat your non stick pan. Spray some cooking oil, or just pour 1 tbsp oil and spread around the pan and wipe it out.

Place one laddle of batter into the pan, swirl it around, so it will be thin crepes. Let it cook for 2 - 3 minutes and turn another side, cook for another 2 minutes

Remove it out and finish the batter.

You may serve the crepes with orange compote, apple compote or cream cheese.
