250 gmlauki chilka
100 gmsoaked Rice
2 tbspchana daal
1 tea spoonred chilli powder
7-8Garlic buds
1/4 teaspoonturmeric powder
3-4 tbspoil
Salt to taste

Grind chana daal and rice with garlic firstly.Then cut the lauki chilka in small pieces and boil it.

Then take a paste of rice in one bowl and mix all spices, put chilka in it and mix it.

Then take a wok and heat the oil and put the lauki with Peetha in wok.saute it at low flame till it become golden brown and crisps.
