Ingredients

30 minutes
3 servings
  1. 500 gmsmall brinjal cut into pieces
  2. 1big tomato cut into four pieces
  3. 3-4garlic cloves roughly chopped
  4. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  5. 1onion finely chopped
  6. 1green Chilli finely chopped
  7. 1/2 tspred Chilli powder
  8. 1 tspChilli flakes
  9. 1 tspcrushed coriander seeds
  10. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  11. 1 tspcumin powder
  12. 1 tbspcurd
  13. Salt to taste
  14. 5 tbspoil
  15. 1 tbspCoriander leaves

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a pan add 4tbsp oil heat it then add brinjal pieces fry them for 3-4 minutes then make a place on aside, add roughly chopped garlic and tomato.
    Fry them until they turn golden brown.

    Now transfer them into a bowl.keep it cool the coarsely mashed with a masher.

    In the same pan add 1tbsp oil, when oil heated add cumin seedsand saute few seconds. Add chopped green Chilli and onion.cook the onion until it turn golden brown.

    Add mashed brinjal mix and then add all powder spices.mix and cook for 2 minutes. Add curd and again cook for 2 minutes on high flame.

    Now it's done add chopped coriander leaves give it a mix switch off the flame. Serve with chapati or puri.
