Peeled and cut pieces of Ridgeguard& potato.chop the onion.To make a paste of Poppyseeds,red chilli garlic clove& cuminseeds.

Heat a pan add 1tsp oil put Ridgeguard & potato & swallow fry it,transfer a plate.Again heat the kadhei put 1/2tsp cuminseeds & 1redchilli crackle,than add the paste of Poppyseeds red chilli powder & turmericpowder sauted 5 mints.Now add Ridgeguard mix it well&cooked 5mints.

Add 1/2cup water & salt cover it cooked till it's become dry. Ridge gourd posta sabji is redge.

Serve with boiled rice or roti or chapati.
