Add moong dal to a pan and fry until golden brown..

Add millet and roasted moong dal in the cooker after washing it well and add water in the ratio of four to one..

When it is cooked open the cooker and mash it with a spoon..

Add the dissolved jaggery to the cooker..

Place the cooker on the stove and let it boil well..

After boiling for five minutes, switch off the stove... After cooling add coconut milk and add it when it is hot, the milk will curdle..

Heat ghee in a pan and fry cashews and coconut until golden brown..

Add the fried cashew nuts, coconut to the payasam and finally add cardamom powder and mix and the payasam is ready..

Healthy payasam is ready..
