1 cupSemolina or Suji
2 tbspCurd
Salt to taste
Grated vegetables as per your choice, Carrot, Bottle gourd, Cabbage or onion
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1 tspred chilli powder
1 tbspor handful groundnuts
1 tspMustard seeds
1 tspCumin seeds
1 tspSesame seeds
1 sacheteno

Steps

20-25minutes

Take the mixing bowl add Semolina, curd, mix everything and keep them aside

Now take the vegetables and grate them
Next add all spices to the mixture
Handful Groundnuts

Mix everything nicely and prepare the Smooth batter.
Lastly add one Sachet of Eno add 2tsp water and mix them gently

Now take the non-stick pan
Add oil, Mustard seeds and Cumin seeds and sesame seeds

Pour the batter and apply oil over them and cook for 10-15 mins, flip on the other side till they turns golden colour.

Serve them hot with Chutneys and ketchup 😋
