Steps
- 1
Add all your ingredients to the minced meat and mix them together.
- 2
Make them into balls with a spoon. Or a scooper.
- 3
Store them in the fridge to solidify. Or set them aside in a cool place. So that they dont crumble when cooking.
- 4
I prepped mine and stored in fridge the day before. Cooking time on low heat is 20 minutes as you turn them to cook evenly.
- 5
Once ready set them aside on a paper towel. You can store in the freezer if not cooking all of them for next meal.
- 6
For the sauce i used meat broth, garlic, onion, salt, paprika and tomato. Fry your sauce and deep your meatballs let them simmer on low heat and serve with desired meal.
