Restaurant Style Shahi Paneer { You will love it 💯 }

Grind onion,ginger, garlic & green chili in to thick { course } paste
Heat oil in a pan. Add tadka { jeera & kalonji ). When they start to crackle & aroma comes, add ground paste & onion (round slices). Sauté on medium heat till it becomes light brown
Now add capsicum 🫑 and sauté it for 2-3 min
Add tomatoes 🍅& sauté for 3-4 min

Add tomato paste, all spices & cook till oil separates
Add sour cream & stir it (check the seasoning)
Add paneer & cook on low heat for 3-4 min, then switch off the gas
Ready to serve; Garnish with coriander leaves

Enjoy this vegetable with "LACCHA PARATHA" or your choice of bread !!

Before making the subzi, keep the paneer in hot water, so that paneer will become soft.
You can make this VEG with baby potato also. Here you can boil the potato, peel it & sauté in little oil & keep aside. Rest of the method remains the same.
If u want it to be more rich, then you can add butter.
