Serves 1 serving

1 cupwhole milk (about 240 ml)
1 tablespoonfalooda noodles
1 tablespoonsoaked basil seeds (sabja)
2 tablespoonskhus syrup
1 scoopvanilla ice cream

Add crushed ice, soaked basil seeds, and falooda noodles to a glass.

Pour in the khus syrup and milk.

Top with a scoop of ice cream. Enjoy your chilled falooda! You can also add chopped nuts or candied fruit if you like.
