Peel and smash boiled potatoes. Add finely chopped onions, green chillies ginger garlic paste, finely chopped coriander leaves, red chilli powder turmeric powder cumin powder coriander powder black pepper powder chat masala powder garam masala powder, salt to taste, bread crumbs. Mix all ingredients well and make a dough.

Make lemon size balls and press an ice cream stick in bottom half of mixture and form a lollipop shape.

In a bowl add corn flour and refined flour, salt to taste, black pepper powder add enough water to make a paste.

Dip lollipops in batter and coat with bread crumbs

Heat oil in a frying pan. Deep fry the lollipops till golden brown.

Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
