Ingredients

  1. 300 gminced pork
  2. 1 cupsweet basil leaves (grapao)
  3. 6 clovesminced garlic
  4. 6fresh minced chilis
  5. 1 tbspoyster sauce
  6. 1/2 tbspsugar
  7. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  8. 2 tbspwater
  9. 1 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a pan, heat on high, add oil

  2. 2

    Add chili and garlic, fry until fragrant (15-30s)

  3. 3

    Add pork, fry till cooked through

  4. 4

    Add sauce (soy, oyster, sugar, water) to pan, letting it boil before stirring to incorporate

  5. 5

    Turn off heat, add sweet basil leaves, stir to incorporate until wilted

  6. 6

    Serve on top of rice with a fried egg
