Wash both sprouts and pressure cook till soft.

Heat oil add mustard seeds,jeera, curry leaves and chopped onion fry for a while then add tomatoes cook till soft add turmeric, chilly powder, Pavbhaji masala,subji masala and salt mix everything well add little water to avoid burning.

Add cooked sprouts and mix it well add jagarry cook for a while,mix sprouts usli is ready to serve with chapati/rice.
