Lauki chana dal ki sabji

Wash gram dal and soak it for 1 hour. Cut the lauki and keep it in the water.

After soaking,steam it in a cooker. Put ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds. When it's colour changes slightly,add all the spices and mix well.

Once the masala mixed,add boiled lauki and gram dal,lemon juice, jaggery and besan and mix well, keep it covered for 2 minutes. Serve hot with roti or Parathas.
