At first, wash the bhindi properly and pat dry it. Then cut into a circle shape. Take a kadhai, heat oil then add asafoetida, and carom seeds let it crackle. Then add turmeric powder.

Add bhindi and salt and mix it well. Cover the lid and let it cook for a few minutes. Stir it. When bhindi is cooked, add all spices and green chili and mix everything well. Let it cook for a few seconds.

Bhindi is ready now. Serve hot with paratha, roti, or puri, and enjoy..... 😍😍
