  • 1Banana ripe
  • 2 cupGrated coconut
  • Cardamom powder half tsp
  • 2 tbspSugar
  • 1 tspGhee

    Saute the banana round slices in a kadai with ghee.

    Grind the grated coconut with half cup water. Extract thick coconut milk (half cup).
    Then add 1 cup water & blend it again. Strain it. Almost 1 cup coconut milk.

    When the banana becomes slight brown color, add 1 cup coconut milk. Stir it on medium heat. When it turns soft, add sugar, stir it till sugar dissolves, add the remaining thick coconut milk& cardamom powder. Mix it well. Remove from heat.
    Serve it with steamed rice cake.
