Ingredients

  1. 250grams-Parwal
  2. 1/2 cup-grated fresh coconut
  3. 3tb.spoon.-Desi ghee
  4. 2t.spoon. each - Cumin and whole coriander
  5. 1- Bay leaf
  6. 2- clove
  7. 1t.spoon.-Ginger(grated)
  8. 1 inchpiece -Cinnamon

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cut parwal into round pieces.

    Heat ghee in a pan,fry all the parwal pieces until golden brown.Keep it aside.

    Grind cumin and coriander.In the same pan,add bay leaf,cumin and coriander powder.Saute.Add ginger and fried parwal.Mix coconut and add 11/2 cup water.Cover and cook it for 7-8 min.
