Today I have made tasty crispy spicy tendli fry recipe. It's very easy and simple quick recipe. It's perfect side dish with dal rice.
Steps

Wash the tendli nicely, wipe it and cut it into thin round slices. Then add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix it well.

Now add all ingredients except tadka items. Mix it, drizzle some water and mix it properly to make a sticky consistancy.

Heat sufficient oil in a kadai add tendli mixture carefully and fry them on low to medium heat batch wise till crisp golden brown. Then take out on absorbent paper.

For tempering - Heat oil in a small tadka pan add chopped green chillies, sesame seeds let them splutter then turn off the flame, now add kashmiri red chilli powder and pour the tempering on the fried tendli and mix it lightly.

Crispy spicy tendli fry is ready to serve.
