Pineapple Stuffing

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupbutter
  2. 1 cupwhite sugar
  3. 4eggs
  4. 1 can (20 oz)crushed pineapple, drained
  5. 5 sliceslight bread, cubed

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Grease a 9 inch baking/casserole dish.

  3. 3

    In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar together.

  4. 4

    Beat in the eggs one at a time, then fold in the pineapple and bread cubes.

  5. 5

    Pour into casserole dish and bake for one hour. Let sit a few minutes to firm up before serving.
