I was introduced to this recipe in my early 20's and it has since become a family favorite. Everyone that I have shared it with always ask for the recipe.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease a 9 inch baking/casserole dish.
- 3
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar together.
- 4
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then fold in the pineapple and bread cubes.
- 5
Pour into casserole dish and bake for one hour. Let sit a few minutes to firm up before serving.
