Steps

Sieve the flour together with red chilli powder.
Make a fluffy mixture by adding water oil salt and alkaline salt.
Add the mixture in to the flour and make a soft dough. - 2
Heat the oil in kadai.
Fill the dough into the Ganthiya machine and turn the handle of the machine directly into the oil.
Turn and Fry the bunch both sides and remove from the oil. - 3
Let it cool then break it and fill it in the clean jar.
Tikka Ganthiya is ready to eat with tea or coffee.👌😋
