Ingredients

  1. 2 cupscooked white or brown rice
  2. 1boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced
  3. 1carrot, julienned
  4. 1 cupshredded cabbage
  5. Juice of 1 lemon
  6. 2 tablespoonssoy sauce
  7. 1 tablespoonoyster sauce (optional)
  8. 1 tablespoonsesame oil
  9. 1 tablespoonvegetable oil
  10. 2 clovesgarlic, minced
  11. 1 teaspoongrated ginger
  12. 1 tablespoonsesame seeds
  13. Salt and pepper to taste
  14. Fresh cilantro or green onions for garnish (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

    Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for a minute until fragrant.
