Mango Shrikhand

Shikhand is very cooling in summer. And it feels like eating it. We have been making it at home for years. I have shred the recipe of homemade mango shikhand here. This shikhand can be made in mango season. Very tasty and easy to see.

Heat the milk, when it cools down a little, add a good amount of curd and put it in a warm place.

After 7-8 hours take out the curd in a cotton cloth, tie it tightly so that all the water drains out and hang it.

After 2-3 hours, remove all the water in a bowl.
Add cardamom to the sugar and grind it.
And add curd an ind sugar little by little and sieve it with a strainer. - 4
Now make the pulp of one and a half mangoes and 1/2 mango.. First add the pulp to the maska and stir. Mix and add the mango slices.

Mix well and take it out in a bowl. Now let it cool for 2-3 hours in the freezer. While serving, garnish with some mango slices and serve.
