Kodo millet Coriander rice

Take cleaned kodo millet rice wash with plain water.

One cup kodo millet add one and quater cup water pour into a cooker keep for three whistles. Once cool down, remove,put on a plate.Grains should be separated, not mashed.

Put coriander leaves,green chillies and cumin seeds in mixer jar grind into a fine paste.

Take a kadai pour oil, let it heat for few minutes,add mustard seeds, urad dal, gram dal, cashew nuts and curry leaves, add onions fry till golden colour, add grind coriander paste and salt fry for five minutes.

After raw smell goes out add cooked rice mix well for five minutes,add one table of lemon juice mix well.

Superb tasty kodo millet Coriander rice is ready to taste. Transfer the rice to serving plate, sprinkle some fried cashew nuts.
