Wobbly Tea Jelly

This is a favorite in our house during the summer, although we don't drink a lot of black tea.
In Step 1, the amount of gelatin makes a very soft set jelly, so add more to taste.
In Step 2, be sure to brew a strong tea (I used
3 g of tea leaves this time), and let it steep properly. Recipe by cafe0305

Steps
- 1
Sprinkle the ★ gelatin into the ★ water and leave to let the gelatin soften. If you microwave (600 W) for 20 seconds, the gelatin will dissolve completely.
- 2
Put tea leaves in a pot, add 300 ml of boiling water, and steep for 2 to 3 minutes.
- 3
Put sugar in a bowl and pour in the tea. When the sugar has dissolved, add the gelatin and stir well to dissolve.
- 4
When the gelatin has completely dissolved, float the bowl over a larger bowl filled with ice water, and cool down while stirring occasionally.
- 5
When it's cooled down, chill until set in the refrigerator.
- 6
It's also delicious and rich served with cream.
