Gooey Cheese and Tofu Pork Rolls

I wanted to reduce my food expenses, so I made these more filling by adding tofu to just a small amount of pork.
Use firm tofu if you want texture, and silken tofu if you want it to be soft. You can use any part of pork that you like, but pork belly meat will shrink and the rolls will fall apart, and pork shoulder roast tends to work the best. Melting cheese will melt and leak out of the sides, so it is safer to use non-melting cheese. Recipe by *3103*
