Easy Ogura (Adzuki Bean Paste) Ice Cream

Easy Even simpler than vanilla ice cream. I make this in a flash whenever I'm craving for it. A nostalgic homemade ice cream that you'll enjoy even when the weather is starting cool after summer.
As the aduki beans will sink to the bottom of the dough, stir the ice cream once or twice before it freezes completely. The result will be better with the beans distributed throughout. For an easy-to-make amount. Recipe by neco

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Beat heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks. Chill the bowl in ice water for best results.
- 2
Add boiled and canned adzuki beans into Step 1 and mix completely.
- 3
Freeze to harden as is, or transfer to a metal tray.
- 4
Before it hardens completely, stir the mixture once or twice. This way, the adzuki beans won't sink to the bottom and will be scattered throughout the ice cream.

Rich Azuki Bean Ice Cream Bars Rich Azuki Bean Ice Cream Bars
This is a simple azuki ice cream bar using my favorite azuki beans and soy sauce.①Please adjust the amount of sugar to suit your tastes. (Since it's frozen, make it on the sweet side for better flavor.)②You can use katakuriko potato starch flour in place of the cornstarch, but I think cornstarch is better. Potato starch flour loses its texture when cold, so the ice cream won't have as smooth a texture. Recipe by Karun cookpad.japan -
Milky Adzuki Bean Bavarois Ice Cream Milky Adzuki Bean Bavarois Ice Cream
I love adzuki beans, and thought of adzuki bean bavarois, and wondered what an ice cream version would taste like. It was really delicious, so I made it into a recipe. It has gelatin, but you can freeze it.I used homemade adzuki beans, so it is a little less sweet than canned adzuki beans. Please adjust the amount of condensed milk to adjust the sweetness. Give it a lick, and the point where you think it is a bit too sweet is the best. It will not taste as sweet when you freeze it. I usually make twice the amount. For as much as it is easy for you to make. Recipe by Spain cookpad.japan -
Milky Adzuki Ice Cream Milky Adzuki Ice Cream
It's too sweet if made with store-bought condensed milk and adzuki, so I came up with my own recipe.I used homemade anko, which doesn't contain much sugar. If you use store-bought quality, reduce the amount of sugar. It has to be sweet to a certain extent or it won't taste very good, so add more if necessary. If you use 2 tablespoons of skimmed milk, you'll have an even milkier finish. Recipe by Akahoppe cookpad.japan -

This is a recipe that that chef created as part of a summertime course, and was handed down to me.Steps 1 through 9 are all prep work. If you make a lot of wrapped ice cream balls and freeze them, you can fry them any time you like. The main key is to wrap the ice cream completely in the castella cake in Step 7! It's also important to freeze the ice cream balls completely in Step 9! For about 7 servings. Recipe by chopper4 cookpad.japan -
