Ingredients

  • 2cuts of lamb chop
  • 1 tbsoil
  • Marinade
  • 1 tbssoy sauce
  • 2 tbssesame oil
  • 1 tbshoney
  • 1 tspChinese five spices
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 clovesgarlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all of the marinade ingredients on a bowl

  2. 2

    Marinade the lamb for around 15 mins

  3. 3

    Heat up the oil on the pan

  4. 4

    Sear the lamb for 5 mins. Then reduce the heat. Sear for another 3 mins. Turn occasionally.

  5. 5

    Remove lamb from the pan and let it rest for 10 mins.
