I always make this Sauce with whole wheat flour.

Heat a pan, add butter, whole wheat flour and saute. Do not change the colour.

Add milk and stir well.

Stir well...Take a slice of onion, insert cloves and put it in the boiling sauce.

Boil for 2 more minutes. Switch off the flame and after some time remove the onion from the bechamel Sauce.

Boil2 cups of water...add pasta and cook. Follow the instructions in the pack.

Heat a pan add oil, add cooked pasta, white Sauce, seasoning, salt, cheese and stir well.

White pasta is ready to serve.
