Ingredients

  1. 1 packfrozen Mogo (cassava) chips
  2. 2 tablespoonstapioca seeds
  3. 3boiled potatoes
  4. to taste Salt
  5. 1 teaspoonminced chilli
  6. 1 teaspoonminced ginger
  7. 1 tablespoonminced peanuts
  8. 1/4 teaspooncitric acid
  9. 1 teaspoonlemon juice
  10. Chopped coriander
  11. Oil for frying

  1. 1

    Boil the Mogo in a pressure cooker till soft and mash to a smooth consistency. Also either boil or microwave the potatoes and mash with the mogo so it’s smooth then also add the tapioca seeds soak them in water for a couple of hours beforehand

  2. 2

    Then add the ginger, chilli salt and peanuts citric acid and lemon juice with the coriander and make small round balls and keep aside for a few minutes.

    Then fry in fresh oil on medium heat a great dish as a snack enjoy 😊
