Boil the Mogo in a pressure cooker till soft and mash to a smooth consistency. Also either boil or microwave the potatoes and mash with the mogo so it’s smooth then also add the tapioca seeds soak them in water for a couple of hours beforehand

Then add the ginger, chilli salt and peanuts citric acid and lemon juice with the coriander and make small round balls and keep aside for a few minutes.

Then fry in fresh oil on medium heat a great dish as a snack enjoy 😊
