For making cream cheese, make chenna(curdle milk with lemon juice) and 2 tbsp butter

Grind the biscuits, add butter and make the base ready

Now pour the biscuits layer in a cheese cake mould and press well. Keep in freezer to set for 1 hr

Now in a bowl mix cream cheese, sugar. Then add cream, vanilla essence and lemon juice, mix well. Again add yoghurt and form a mixture

Dissolve gelatin in warm water add a tbsp of cream cheese mixture and mix well. Now add these in the cream cheese mixture and mixwell. Pour some in mould and freeze for 30mts

Scoop out the dragon fruit. And keep aside. Pour the remaining mixture on the biscuit layer

After 1 hr. Dissolve the jelly crystals. Unmould the chocolate. Now put drangon fruit scoops, and chocolate, tuttyfruity. Pour the Jelly over it

Keep in freezer for 2hrs. Unmould and serve
