Ingredients

  1. 3 poundsgolden beetroots
  2. 1 stickbutter
  3. As neededsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 400° Fahrenheit. Wash, remove tops, and peel the beets.

    Slice the beets thinly, lightly salt both sides of the slices. To a small pan add the stick of butter add the salted beet slices to the pan.

    Put pan in the oven covered for 45 minutes to an hour. Let rest covered for 10 minutes. Serve I hope you enjoy!!!!
