An easy breakfast or snack option made with mix veggies.

Chopped all veggies, take bread slices and remove its edges, apply cheese spread on each bread slice.

Apply a little amount of tomato ketchup and spread evenly. Sprinkle little bit pepper powder then place some onion,capsicum and bell peppers on bread slices.
Add some grated mozzarella cheese on top. - 3
Take a pan add some butter place the sandwich in the pan cover and cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes or until the cheese has melted.

Transfer in a plate. Sprinkle oregano and Chilli flakes. Cut into two pieces. Served hot with ketchup.
