Mince the onion and pepper and take the corn off the cob and add the onion and pepper to the bowl.

Shop the removed corn kernels up just a little bit and then add them to the bowl. Then measure out four cups of the rice.

Add the rice to the bowl with the peppers and onions. In the rub sage and the rest of the spices and add to the rice mixture.

Measure out your cheese and mix it up pretty good.

Beat the eggs and then add them to the rice mixture. Add in the sausage and breadcrumbs. Heat the oil.

Mix the ingredients in the bowl, really good I had to use my hands to get it really mixed up like I wanted it. Fry the rice cakes flipping as needed.

Move to a paper towel when they're done to absorb excess amounts of oil. Repeat and do over until you have no more I found out that. I wanted to make different ones too. So I added tomato paste to the last half of the mixture in one egg so this is listed as optional in the ingredients.

After adding tomato paste mix well and fry those just like you did before with the others.

When done let rest for 7 minutes and put into a warm oven about 200° Fahrenheit and this way you can prepare the rest of the meal. Serve I hope you enjoy!!
