Heat oil in pan

Chop:
- Corriandor
- Fresh Ginger
- Pepper into slices
- Chicken (thighs) into slices
- Onions
- Red + Green chilli
- Baby sweetcorn - 3
Add salt and pepper to chicken

Cook chicken medium heat

Add 1 teaspoon Garlic, 3/4 teaspoon Ginger, 1 teaspoon green chilli.

Add Peppers

Grate half a thumbs worth of ginger into Chicken

Add Corriandor, onions, red + green chilies, baby sweetcorn

Add stir fry sauce (coconut and lemongrass - 350ml)

Melt chicken stock with boiling water into cup and add

Add teaspoon of salt

Add spinach

Add chilli powder

Cover the pot and let cook for 5 minutes on medium heat

Add glass noodles

Add a sprinkle of lemon
