Take a kadhai heat oil. Add black cardamom, cinnamon stick, cloves, cashews and bay leaf. Stir it. Then add onion, ginger and tomato. Add little salt and mix well. Add one cup of water cover the kadhai and cook it for 3-4 minutes on medium flame. Turn off the flame and let it cool down.

Put it in blending jar and blend it properly. Strain it. Paste is ready......

Turn on the flame and heat a kadhai add ghee. Add cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chilli powder stir it well. Add the blended paste stir it well. Add coriander powder and black pepper powder. Cover it and let it come to boil. Add half cup of water, cover it and boil it for 2-3 minutes. Add garam masala powder and mix it well. Add tofu and salt. Cover it and cook it for 10 minutes on low flame. Add Kasuri Methi.

Then add fresh cream mix it and cook it for a minute on low flame. Turn off the flame. Add butter and mix well.

Turn off the flame. Add butter and mix well.

Tofu curry is ready now. Serve hot with roti, paratha, chapati, rice etc..... 😋😋
