Ingredients: 2-4 cups chicken (rotisserie) or boil and shred; 5 cups chicken broth; 1 tbsp cumin; 1 yellow onion chopped; 1 tbsp garlic minced; Fresh Cilantro (1 tbsp chopped finely); Olive oil (dash/ to your liking); 1 can diced tomatoes; 1 small can green chilies; 1 can corn (drained); 1 can black beans (drained); 1 small can tomato sauce; 1 taco spice packet; strips Little Tortilla; Salt; Pepper; 4 oz sour cream; 2 limes (cut and squeeze juice into soup)

Ingredients

4-6 ppl

2-4 cupschicken (rotisserie) or boil and shred
5 cupschicken broth
1 tbspcumin
1yellow onion chopped
1 tbspgarlic minced
Fresh Cilantro (1 tbsp chopped finely)
Olive oil (dash/ to your liking)
1 candiced tomatoes
1small can green chilies
1 cancorn (drained)
1 canblack beans (drained)
1small can tomato sauce
1taco spice packet
stripsLittle Tortilla
Salt
Pepper
4 ozsour cream
2limes (cut and squeeze juice into soup)

Steps

In a pot, add olive oil and onions. Sauté for a few minutes, until tender.

Then add all your ingredients together and bring to a boil. Let simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Serve hot and top with fiesta blend cheese and little tortilla strips.
