Banana Stem dal Soup

Take all the needed ingredients. Cut and keep the banana stems into a buttermilk water.

Turn on the stove,pour oil add garlic pods,diced onions,fennel seeds,pepper and salt,saute.

Once the onions becomes transparent,add dal and saute. Then add diced banana stem,turmeric powder and salt,mix it well around 2mts.

Now add req. (600ml) water and close the lid.let's boil.

Turn the flame in sim mode and cook around 15mins. Dal and stem cooked well. Now,filer the water and transfer the cooked stem(3/4of it or the whole,it's up to you) into a blender,add1/2cup water and grind it.

Aagain filer it. Now add pepper powder and check salt level. Turn on the stove and boil it and serve.

That's all. Healthy Banana Stem Dal soup is ready.
